Hebert Performance Training, established in 1997 specializes in customer service, supervisory
development, leadership, Achieve Global, communication, and training skills. HPT serves small
through Fortune 500 companies, as well as governmental agencies (local, state and federal), and non-
profits. Principal, Joan Hebert, MBA, MS was previously a #1 rated nationally recognized AT&T master
trainer, and AT&T manager for 15 years.
