3rd Federal Training Contract

Joan Hebert, principal of Hebert Performance Training (HPT) recently completed
delivery of two popular training programs, "Customer Service Customers Expect" and "Wowing
& Winning Difficult Customers" for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Syracuse, New
York. Hebert has also delivered programs for the U. S. Department of Homeland Security in
California, and the U.S. Army in New Jersey.
HPT is a NYS Department of Economic Development certified "Woman-Owned
Business Enterprise" specializing in leadership, customer service, management development,
Achieve Global, communication, and training skills. Prior to establishing HPT in 1997, Hebert
was an award winning #1 nationally rated AT&T master trainer.
"The demand for customer service programs, with more of an organizational

programs, public workshops, and conferences nationwide," said Hebert.
