selects
Hebert Performance Training
for Leadership Training

Joan Hebert, principal of Hebert Performance Training (HPT) was selected by the US Army CECOM Ft.
Monmouth U.S.
to deliver a Leadership Program for participants in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The project will
begin this spring, and will involve the development and delivery of customized programs tailored to the Army's
specific leadership requirements.
Hebert Performance Training specializes in leadership, customer service, management
development, Achieve Global, communication, and training skills. Prior to establishing HPT in 1997,
Hebert was an award winning #1 nationally rated master trainer for AT&T.
"I am pleased to have been selected for this prestigious assignment. Although I've trained for
local government and the state of New York extensively, this will be my first project for the U.S.
government," said Hebert.
Hebert has presented programs for companies, government, and educational institutions
nationwide. Ms. Hebert is an Adjunct Professor in Speech Communication at Syracuse University. Ms.
Hebert is also recognized locally and nationally as a member and presenter for the CNY American
Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Hudson Mohawk ASTD, Genesee Valley ASTD, Capital
Region Human Resource Association, and Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce. Local clients
include: New York State, Agway, Syracuse University, BBL, BSB Bank, MetLife, Time Warner Cable,
and Fleet Bank.
