Award Winning National Trainer Presents for
Capital Region Human Resource Association (CRHRA)

Joan Hebert, principal of Hebert Performance Training (HPT) will present
"Tricks of the Trade: Getting Them Involved & Loving Every Minute
of It," for the Capital Region Human Resource Association's September 8th
dinner meeting. The event will be held in Albany at the Italian American
Community Center on Washington Avenue Extension. Registration starts at
5:00 pm, and the program runs from 7:00-8:00 pm. Hebert will draw on
her 20 years training experience.
HPT is a certified "Woman-Owned Business Enterprise" training for
corporations, non-profits, as well as local, state and federal government
agencies nationwide. HPT specializes in leadership, customer service,
management development, Achieve Global, communication, and training
skills. Prior to establishing HPT in 1997, Hebert was an award winning
#1 nationally rated master trainer for AT&T.
"This has been a tremendously popular program, both at the
ASTD Hudson Mohawk and Central NY ASTD conferences
this year," said Hebert.
Ms. Hebert is an Adjunct Professor of Speech Communication at Syracuse
University, a member of CNY ASTD, Hudson Mohawk ASTD, Genesees
Valley ASTD, Capital Region Human Resource Association, and the
Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce.
