            National Trainer Presents 4th time for the
2005 Hudson-Mohawk American Society for Training &                       Development Conference

For Immediate Release (2-28-05):

     Joan Hebert, principal of Hebert Performance Training (HPT) will be a featured speaker

for the forth year at the 2005 Hudson-Mohawk ASTD Trainers' Conference "Ride the Waves of

Change" on March 21, 2005. The event will be held in Albany at the Wolf Road Marriott from 8:00-4:30.

Hebert will draw on her 20 years experience to share with fellow trainers her presentation,

"Maximizing Your Training Dollar$."

     This is the forth year Hebert has been invited to present for a conference of the Hudson-Mohawk

ASTD, the Albany area chapter of the national ASTD organization. HPT specializes in leadership,

customer service, management development, Achieve Global, communication, and training skills. Prior

to establishing HPT in 1997, Hebert was an award winning #1 nationally rated master trainer for AT&T.

Clients include: Time Warner Cable, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and New York State

Office of the State Comptroller to name a few.

"ASTD has been an extremely helpful organization to which I have been a member for

many years, and I am happy to be invited back to share some of the easy ways for

organizations to maximize their dollars spent on training,"
said Hebert.

     Hebert is an Adjunct Professor of Speech Communication at Syracuse University, a member

of CNY ASTD, Hudson Mohawk ASTD, Genesees Valley ASTD, Capital Region Human Resource

Association, and the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce.
